Could it be eye ?

It's the weekend can't easily get access to a doctor , and I have annoyance in my eye, similar to one I had months ago. I have a set of contact lenses that I have been using more than I m supposed to. I used them yesterday, and today I have a pinching sensation , annoyance inside and around my eye, the weird thing is that it's way up to the top of my head, I can pinpoint it like this: up to the top of my head , until my ear, and a little under my eye socket. I don't have any sores there, but I already had two sores on the corners of my lips (that is most likely , and that's where I usually get it, on the corners of my lips), I don't have much redness (just a little more than usual red hair vein in the white of the eye) and minimal discharge (sometimes with those lenses , I have gotten more)... could it be related with or should I look further?
