How can I burn music onto CD and retain the TAG info for my car CD player to read?

When I burn .mp3 files or other audio files that have Titles, Artist and other TAG info, how can I retain it so that my player will display this information? I believe my player supports reading this information somehow, it is a SONY Xplod CDX-GT11W. At least the Track Name would be nice to have. Please let me know if there is any FREEWARE that can do this, if not any good software that would allow me to do this would be appreciated. I need something that supports a wide range of file types such as .flac, .mp3, .wav, etc. Thank you in advance!
