Shingles how does in effect people?

It would depend on where you have contracted it. Shingles is nothing but a form of (the virus that causes cold sores, chicken pox, etc.) It lives along the nervous system and comes to the surface via this system. Therefore it can be very painful. You usually get a rash of blisters along the waist line, ocks, shoulder, foot, or head. These blisters eventually erupt and then dry and heal. The sooner you see your doctor for treatment, the shorter the attack will be. This can be very painful and cause neuropathy (nerve pain in other areas related to the infection) Good luck and good health.
