Why does kobe have to be a crybaby and demand a trade after only a FEW years without Shaq?

Kobe can't stand losing anymore. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Kobe fan. I really dispise him! But, the Lakers have not tried hard enough to surround him with talent. Now, they are rumored to be close to a deal for Jermaine O'Neal, but will have to give up Andrew Bynum, so they are trading away the future to win right now. Will it work? Not with ball hog Kobe!
