Is it true that there is a new raving law?

if you're talking about LA, i believe it's only for the state-owned venues. for example, the LA colisieum for the electric daisy carnival is until 2am, not 4am anymore. i guess it also depends on the location & how many ppl are residing near the venue who actually want sleep.
