Plans that backfired in hamlet?

Tracy's plan to smuggle organs totally backfired and he ended up dead. Also, Yorick's plan to stay alive didn't work out that well. Additionally, Juliet's plan to meet Hamlet went all wrong and she ended up in a completely different play!
