Do you agree that ISLAM is against Injustice , Ignorance P,?

This is so manifest in pristine Islamic teachings that the question can not be debated upon. The teachings may not have been practiced faithfully at times. And that makes a Muslim commit a sin to ignore the teachings. And such persons shall be accountable on the Day of Judgment.
