Do I need to go to the doctor?

My whole upper body aches, my lymphnodes are swollen, and so are my temples. I do think I'm running a fever, because my breath is too hot, and my head feels heavy. My aunt told me to take a cough drop (don't ask me how THAT would help) and if i needed another to take it. I took a pain reliever for the aching sensation, but nothing changed. i would not be able to take two of them because I would die. they are 600 milograms. Do you think I need to go to the doctor, though? I really don't feel good at all.
