Halloween makeup help.?

get some eyes shadow the colors of hte tutu.. start with the darkest color at hte outside conner of your eye and start in .. maybe some sparkels would be great ... bright bright lip stick and lots of blush ...dark eyeliner and maskara. but i htink your goin to look realy cute ! ...ooh i wouldnt wear the hoodie ... try just a orange and black tank.. and maybe even some heals if you can walk in htem ... have a happy holloweeen
