Confused about carbohydrates!?

white carbs = bad. they are processed (think pizza crusts that arent specifically labeled whole wheat, white bread, white rices, white pastas). the grain is like a remnant of its former self. pretty much the sugary part of the grain is all thats left. if u eat whole grains they have the bran and the fiber and all the good nutrients intact. and fiber is definitely good for losing weight :)
