Mandatory health care to all, those whom are without will be penalized?

Do you have another option for this mess of health care,,,,mandatory will make it feasible to all cles of people. I think its a wonderful idea, this will stop free illegal immigrants and stop those whom need health care and don't have. stop the disease before it happens.....oh boo hoo people that make over 250.0000 which is like 5000 thousand dollars a week you may lose 40.00 bucks of your check weekly. jeez you may have to give up a butler on your yacht....Obama is trying if you have ant better ideas please submit !!!!
