Nanny personal life has become questionable, should I let her go?

I have a nanny for my 14 month old daughter. She has been a good nanny and very dependable. She recently ended a 3 year relationship with a stable man, and is now involved with a less than stable boyfriend. She has been honest about what he is involved in and now she has been participating to an extent. He printed counterfit money on her printer and they drove around and used the fake bills at fast food drive through's. They were caught immediatly and she was detained. Her boyfriend had drugs on him and he was arrested and charged with 7 felonies. She was detained, and won't be prosecuted as long as she testifies against him. She is currently trying to bail him out of jail. I have sat her down and discussed her poor judgment, but am I putting my daughter in danger? Should I let her go? Please help, I am in need of good advice.
