How can i put myself up for adoption?

I'm 17 and I live with my mother, stepfather and 3 younger sisters. my mom wants to go back to our home country, El Salvador. i dont want to leave because U.S. is now my home. and i dont think there is much to do back there besides living in fear that gangs might kill me anytime for money. i need help!
