I HATE my dad. please help me!?

He is such an . One minute he is calm, the next he is threatening to beat me and screaming. He always calls me a name that i REALLY hate and i tell him i hate it. When i call him it back he screams at me and says don't speak to him that way. After a while of his annoying presence i tell him to just shut up. now he isn't letting me have a sleepover with a friend and he wont take me to a ice hockey puck shoot because he said i am disrespectful. he never keeps a promise. i cant talk to him without him having violent language. What can i do? thanks so much
