I have burnout Paradise city n i just bought the cops & robbers DLC but i don't know how to play the game type?

Create a room, wait for people to join who have the cops & robbers, go into freeburn games, select C & R, choose the options, choose your team, start the game, take everybody down on the other team while trying to get the gold back to your hideout.
