Sculpin! I need some for my thesis paper!?

Okay all you fishermen/women. If you've gone saltwater fishing, then you have probably caught some Sculpin, and, while they may seem annoying, they are the basis of my thesis paper. I would really like to get my hands on some of these spiny fish to use in recipes so that I can give firsthand feedback in my paper. Any clue on where to get some in Washington? If you catch some, in Washington, would you be willing to let me take them off your hands? Thank you so much for your time.
