Counter Strike Source:Lag with the Intel GMA 4500 HD?

If any screenshots , delete them it should fix it , if not than it's becuase the it's a laptop , all laptops get lag on online games, sorry. And the computer only has 2.20 GHz witch could slow it down, it may also be cause if you download too much content and the memory is almost used up (7 or less GB)
