Does anyone have the recipe for joes crab shack nachos?

Specifically I have been trying to find the one from the book Top Secret Recipes 3 by Todd Wilbur. I have been able to find recipes for the blue crab dip alone. I'd really like to see the official recipe for the nachos listed in this book. Anyone have it? Please post!
