Fantasy Football - 20 team PPR league - who to start?

If you have Jordan start him, Denver has never really produced big numbers with a two back system, the starter tends to get most of the carries, Watson is the backup for now and Peterson (chicago) may end up the starter if Forte doesn't pan out. I would start Johnson though either as your flex or at the WR spot, don't care if San Francisco only wins 1 game the offense will put up numbers just look at Detroit last year 263 yards a game, Mike Martz likes to have his quarterbacks throw, and Johnson has been underrated the last few years playing under Fitzgerald and Boldin, I think he's going to have a monster year, if Welker can't go I'd start him there if Welker does play I'd sit Mason. As for your question at Def, I'd go with Chicago, not quite sure how Peyton is going to play so he might make some miscues, Jacksonville is going to run and p all over Tenn. and Garrard doesn't make mistakes.
