Is it okay to put my 11 mth old baby's antibiotic in her bottle?

This is my 3rd child and I've never had to do this. She hates her amoxicillen so bad. It is white, chalky, cold, and bitter. She will spit it out and everything. She had pink eye so that is what the dr gave her. This is the only way she is getting her full dosage. Is it ok?
